Guide To The West Rim Trail

The West Rim Trail is a 30.5 mile trail located along the west rim of Pine Creek Gorge, "The Pennsylvania Grand Canyon", in the Tioga State Forest of north central Pennyslvania. The trail features breathtaking vistas of the gorge and the surrounding Allegheny Plateau, as well as a variety of forest types and environments. Typical backpacking time for the trail is 2.5 to 3 days.
