Aluminium on the outside for good thermal conductivity, and stainless steel inside, which makes the pans scratch resistant and easy to clean. Duossal pans are durable and heat up quickly . The thickness of the material is a total of 0.8mm. Stainless steel 0.3 / Aluminium 0.5 mm. Stove with 2 Duossal saucepans, 1.5 and 1.75 liters, 1 nonstick frypan, 8.7", and ultralight aluminum upper and lower windshields. Includes a spirit burner, pan grip, and strap.
